You’ll listen to their wishes, understand the context in which they live, an - together with our specialists - translate that into a coherent interior design concept that makes sense aesthetically, technically, and within budget.
You actively build relationships with private clients, architects, and developers, and identify opportunities that align with Obumex’s vision. Using presentation materials, mood boards, plans, and 3D visualizations, you make your ideas clear and compelling. You present and sell your designs independently, without losing sight of the project’s overall coherence.
After the sale, you ensure a clear handoff to production and continue to follow up on the project alongside the project manager. You safeguard the original intent of the design and ensure that decisions are carefully translated into execution.
