We are looking for a Service Coordinator - Internal Project Manager to take responsibility for after-sales service and follow-up on external projects. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with service requests, analyzing the situation through photos, internal documents and site visits (if necessary). You will work with the detailing office and estimating to develop both technical and financial proposals.
You plan and follow up orders in consultation with the Logistics Coordinator, including managing both internal and external service teams. You ensure efficient financial processing in cooperation with estimation and accounting.
As Project Manager for external sites, you coordinate the follow-up of external dealers after sales, monitor key project milestones and ensure smooth communication on progress. From the preparation of detail drawings to the final delivery, you keep an eye on everything and make adjustments where necessary.
After delivery, you remain responsible for post-sales follow-up and resolving any problems. You ensure that the customer is always well informed about the progress of the project, from start to finish.
In this role you are the link between customer, external dealers and the internal organization, contributing to a successful and customer-oriented project execution.
