As an experienced furniture salesperson, you will be the point of contact for our clients in the world of high-end furniture projects. You guide clients in realizing their dream interior and make sure their vision becomes reality. From initial contact to delivery and aftercare, you manage the entire process. Together with the team of interior designers and fellow furniture sellers, you work on proposals that meet Obumex's aesthetic and budgetary standards. You excel in commercial skills and administrative follow-up, including quotation preparation.

Flexibility in planning goes without saying for you, as you will regularly travel to other Obumex branches and customers. Region Ghent - Knokke.

who are
we looking for

  • You have a creative education, preferably as an interior designer or equivalent through experience
  • You have an affinity with high-end furniture and brands
  • 5 years of work experience in the furniture or interior design sector is a must
  • You have knowledge of the office package, Vectorworks and Indesign
  • You excel in commercial and administrative areas where you work in a structured and accurate way
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and French
  • Experience with Navision is a big plus. If not, you are willing to learn this on short notice with the necessary support
  • You are a born networker who can rely on a strong network
  • You have a creative and listening nature and know how to deal with a demanding clientele
  • You are good in dealing with colleagues, but you are not afraid to work independently
  • You are able to process a large amount of information in a short period of time and to keep an overview at all times
  • You are proactive and very results-oriented
